Yes, we love opportunities to work with coachees in person. However, to keep costs low, most of our clients opt for executive coaching via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Can you customize course content?

Always. It’s incredibly rare that a client wants a fully “off-the-shelf” course. We include most course customization in the course fee.

What kind of follow-up or reinforcement is provided to ensure long-term impact after a course?

Our sustainability programs take many forms–we love 60- 90-day post-course virtual sessions to gauge success and revise action plans, we utilize digital and physical job aids for learning reminders, we recommend individual coaching sessions for both attendees and their managers to really pull through learning.

There are so many ways we can continue to support your learners as they grow and develop, and it’s one of our favorite parts of what we do. Most of our clients are “WD lifers.”
