WD Communications specializes in developing and delivering seminars, webinars, and coaching sessions to develop employees, managers, and executives. Our focus includes writing, presenting, performance management, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills. Our staff is expert in listening to client needs, partnering to build learning programs, and following through to build career-long relationships with our clients.
Our 17-person staff is composed of expert facilitators, skilled in developing, customizing, and delivering world-class employee development. We listen to our clients’ needs and create solutions to achieve their development goals. WD Communications is proud to maintain a full-time staff of consultants, thus ensuring familiarity with our clients. All of our consultants have earned at least a master’s degree in a communication field. In addition to our North American staff, we have consultants in England, El Salvador, Japan, and South Africa.
My main training focus is improving the readability of technical documents like Standard Operating Procedures and investigation reports. I help technical professionals simplify and clarify complex information to increase business impact.
Formerly, I served as a Communication Officer with UNICEF focused on international, corporate alliances. My career started as a field and studio producer for a distance-learning healthcare network.
